  • Audio, Video & Sensor Data: Camera footage, audio streams, GPS logs, driver behavior insights (e.g., drowsiness or distraction detection), and diagnostics from vehicle hardware integrations.

Some apps may collect background location data for operational purposes, such as real-time tracking or fleet visibility. This can be controlled in your device settings.

Your information is used to:

  • Deliver services and provide customer support
  • Enhance platform functionality, diagnostics, and analytics
  • Monitor system performance and support fleet safety

Confidentiality Reminder: All proprietary fleet reports, surveillance content, and driver behavior analytics are considered confidential and are only shared internally or with the authorized organization that owns the account. We do not share this data with third-party advertisers or other companies using our platform.

4. Usability Analytics

We analyze how users interact with our websites, apps, and platforms to identify trends and improve usability. This includes session durations, navigation behavior, click paths, and feature access patterns. These insights help us enhance product design and optimize user experience. This data is reviewed in aggregate and not linked to your confidential fleet or operational information.

5. Sales Leads & Support Requests

If you submit a contact form, demo request, or support ticket through our website, we collect only the information necessary to respond to your inquiry. This typically includes your name, email, phone number, and company details. These records are securely stored and not shared with unrelated third parties.

6. Data Retention

  • Video footage and AI logs: 30–180 days depending on system configuration
  • PTT call history and messages: up to 30 days (or as set by your organization)
  • User credentials and contact info: retained while your account is active
  • Payment or order records: retained for accounting and legal purposes
